3 | | Advance Directives in the Autonomous Region of Navarre are in keeping with legislation at national level (refer to the report on advance directives in Spain)
The Autonomous Region of Navarre has developed
its own legislation with regards to advance directives. In 2010 Ley Foral
17/2010, November 8th, de derechos y deberes de las personas en
material de salud en la Comunidad Foral de Navarra was passed (Available at: http://www.lexnavarra.navarra.es/detalle.asp?r=9302)
Previously published, it is still valid all
that doesn’t oppose to the most recent and mentioned law of the Decreto Foral 140/2003,
June 16th, that regulated first the Advance Directive Registry (http://www.lexnavarra.navarra.es/detalle.asp?r=3277)
